Empowering Women in Leadership

Women's Forum of New York

We teamed up with the  Women's Forum to create more awareness for the issue of Women on Boards in the US.

We interviewed CEOs and Chairmen of Fortune 500 companies to share with us why having women on boards is a strategic business imperative.

We experienced that when business leaders speak out for gender equality, this sends out a very strong message to the market and to the other CEOs and Chairmen of the Fortune 500 companies. They have to be inspired to get more women leaders on their boards.

See It Be It

See It Be It is a Cannes Lions initiative that addresses the gender imbalance in senior creative leadership. We believe that greater diversity across the industry leads to better, more representative work, and that this has the power to create a better world.

"PUTTING CREATIVE WOMEN IN THE SPOTLIGHT"

It is estimated that women make up 46 percent of the advertising industry, but account for just 11 percent of creative directors.

Access and exposure are a huge part of the path to leadership. If you can't 'see' the sort of leader that you might become, the less likely you are to 'be it'.

WE at SME World

Anouk spoke at the SME World Conference in Dubai, the section Women Entrepreneurs.
The session was about the power of storytelling and how this can make your message come across stronger.

Key objective was to make women aware that everyone has a great story to tell. Women however, often think their story is not special or worthwhile. Anouk believes it is and every story has a right to be heard.
